Ensuring Safety and Quality in Every Bite

At Compass Group India, food safety is paramount, guided by our core values and global safety protocols. We ensure suppliers undergo a rigorous approval process, swiftly addressing any areas for improvement to mitigate risks. An increasing number of our businesses’ sites and central kitchens operate under ISO 22000 food safety management system standards. We deliver localised food safety training to address market-specific risks, including food hygiene and allergen regulations. In case of food safety incidents, we have robust protocols for rapid response and internal sharing of learnings to continually enhance our practices.

Project Shunya: Zero Food-Safety Incident by FY 2025
