Nurturing Community & Impact: Our Hands-On Approach to CSR

Harmony House: Nourishing Young Live

Harmony House, our non-profit shelter home, provides a beacon of hope for street children in Gurugram, Haryana. Through our comprehensive mid-day meal program, we nourish the bodies and minds of 250 vulnerable children daily, empowering them to reach their full potential.

Key Highlights

  • The mid-day meal initiative at Harmony House blends nutritious sustenance with an engaging educational environment, empowering children to thrive.
  • Through our partnership with Response Net Development Services Gurugram, we’re proud to have advanced their vital work in eradicating classroom hunger and malnutrition, forging a more nourished and promising future.

Compass Group Amplifies Goonj’s Rural Transformation

As a steadfast partner of the non-profit Goonj, we leverage our global expertise and local insights to drive holistic community development across Bundelkhand. Together, we collaborate closely with Goonj’s field teams to tackle critical needs in water, sanitation, health, hygiene, and infrastructure.

Key Highlights

  • Through Goonj’s family kits, we provide vulnerable households with essential items like clothing, footwear, woolens, toys, handcrafted sujnis (mattresses/quilts), and aasans (sitting cushions), ensuring they are equipped for diverse necessities.
  • By identifying and addressing gaps in vital village infrastructure, including water channels, roads, school structures, and community spaces, we empower these communities to unlock new possibilities.
  • As a token of appreciation, we reward all participants with Goonj’s meticulously crafted family kits, fostering a profound sense of ownership and commitment to these transformative initiatives.

Nourishing Young Minds with Akshaya Patra

As part of our ongoing commitment to community development, we’ve collaborated with Akshaya Patra, a leading provider of mid-day meals to over 200,000 children annually in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Through this partnership, we have proudly supported the provision of nutritious meals to 1,333 children for an entire year.

Key Highlights

  • Our intervention not only ensured children had access to wholesome sustenance, but also aimed to break the cycle of malnutrition that often impedes educational attainment in India.
  • By addressing this critical barrier to learning, the initiative paved the way for improved school attendance and academic performance among children from marginalized communities.
  • Furthermore, by extending its reach beyond meal provision to encompass broader community development initiatives, such as health education and infrastructure improvements, the program fostered sustainable progress and empowerment within the communities it served.
